Jack-Up Rigs (104 & 105)
Jaemar International was given the challenge of planning and executing the transportation of two knocked down Friede & Goldman Super M2 Jack-Up Rigs for M.I.S. Jaemar and Imagio worked closely with vendors such as National Oilwell Varco, Global Steel, Loadmaster Derrick, Jack Rabbit, and Flame cutting. Both Jack-Up Rigs were shipped on time, seamless, and within Maritime Industrial Services budget. Each piece was verified against the packing list and Purchase Order by our in house verification team. Daily reports were sent to the customer and vendors to ensure accuracy and on time delivery for Rig 104 and 105.
National Oilwell Varco
Eight (8) Knocked Down Amclyde 120’ Lattice Boom Pedestal Crane
Jaemar and Imagio delivered for NOV eight (8) 120’ Boom Pedestal Cranes from Covington, LA to Sharjah and Jebel Ali, U.A.E. The logistics team worked intimately with NOV to coordinate movement of all of the crane parts either directly to the Port of Houston or to Jaemar’s warehouse, if there was additional export preparation to the break-bulk pieces and sensitive electronic equipment.
Twenty-four (24) quarter Rig Leg Sections
Imagio conferred and undertook the transportation of twenty-four (24) quarter Rig Legs sections engineered and manufactured by Letourneau Technologies in Vicksburg, MS. This specialized move required close collaboration with McDonough Marine Project Services, Ports America, and Swire Shipping to coordinate a smooth transition for door to port move.
Loadmaster Derrick & Equipment
Seven (7) Knocked Down Oil Field Derricks for Offshore Drilling Rigs
Jaemar and Imagio group effort has transported seven (7) complete knocked-down derricks from Broussard, LA to Jebel Ali, Sharjah, and PPL’s Shipyard in Singapore. To meet Loadmaster’s needs, we arrange domestic trucking to Houston.
